The production indicators of fine phosphate in February have all turned red, and three indicators have achieved the best results in history
Recently, there has been good news for fine phosphate, with its production indicators all showing a red trend in February. The key indicators of food grade wet purification phosphoric acid production, monthly average extraction rate, and MIBK unit consumption have all achieved the best monthly results since the device was put into operation one and a half years ago.
Data shows that in February, the monthly average extraction rate of the fine phosphate wet purification phosphoric acid plant increased to 59.64%, exceeding the established target by 1.64 percentage points; The unit consumption of physical acid MIBK has been reduced to 2.55kg/t, reaching the lowest level in history, with significant cost reduction and efficiency improvement effects. The production of food grade wet purification phosphoric acid reached 27000 tons, accounting for 84%, achieving the best record in history. In addition, the company achieved profitability in monthly operations, demonstrating strong development momentum.
Faced with challenges such as fluctuations in upstream raw acid supply, obstruction of residual acid digestion, and tight steam supply, fine phosphate quickly established a multi-level linkage mechanism to ensure stable production operation through dynamic adjustment. The head of the production department stated that the efficient operation of the "problem grading response" mechanism is the key to overcoming difficulties.
The achievement is due to the continuous optimization of the company's process route and the collaboration of all employees. Through technological innovation and research, the team has not only increased production capacity but also strictly controlled the consumption of auxiliary materials, ensuring product quality. The person in charge of fine phosphate stated that they will take this breakthrough as an opportunity to continue deepening technological innovation and management upgrading, strive for higher goals, and write a new chapter of high-quality development.
